FAQ

Do I need to arrive early?
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation in order to allow for check in, restroom visits, storage of personal items, etc. You’ll be in your harness for all of those two hours, so please make a stop at the portable restrooms if needed.

What happens if I am late for my reservation? If you arrive late for your reservation you run the risk of losing your ticket. If we have the availability to fit you in with the next reservation time, we will move you to the following time but will not be able to extend your ticket to give you your full climb time.

What happens if it rains? We climb RAIN OR SHINE! We pull you off of the courses if there is lightening in the area. From there, we assess the weather; if the storm is going to pass we wait it out and then send you you back out when it is safe and extend your time. If the storm looks like it is not going anywhere, we will issue a weather pass.

How long will I be there?
Your adventure park ticket is good for two hours of climbing time, including your gear-up and orientation. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

Do I have to sign a wavier if I have signed one at a previous visit? Yes! We have you sign a wavier every time you come to the park to climb. Each time we ask that you accept the inherent risk that comes with this activity.

Do I have to climb with my kids? If your kids are seven years old, we recommend climbing with them to help them along the way as all of the courses are self-guided.

What should I wear to climb? Wear whatever you are most comfortable to climb in! Pant and shorts are both acceptable.

Do you have lockers?
Our ticket office (yurt) does have lockers that can be used to store your personal items. However, we do not provide locks. Please feel free to bring your own lock!

Is outside food permitted?
Yes! Please feel free to pack a lunch, birthday cake, etc. Treehouse has picnic tables that can be used either before or after your climb. In order to reserve a large picnic area please call or email ahead of your group reservation.

If I’m not climbing but want to watch, do I have to pay? No! If you are not climbing, only spectating, you do not have to pay. You only pay if you are participating in the activity.

Are dogs allowed at the park? Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your furry friend! Please keep them on a leash at all times, and please do not tie them up and leave them while you climb.

Is smoking allowed?
Please no smoking.
