Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your reservation. For group reservation cancellations or modifications, please call or email for details, as our group policies differ from those of general admission tickets.
Weather Policy
Treehouse is OPEN rain or shine! However, in the event of severe weather such as lightning or high winds, the courses may be closed either temporarily or for the entire day depending on the severity of the storm. In those instances, customers will be given a weather voucher or have their reservations extended or rescheduled.
