Special Group Accomodations
Group discounts are available for any group of eight or more participating guests with an advance reservation. Our peak season does fill up quickly and reservations are available on a first come first serve basis. Shaded picnic areas and tables can also be reserved with advance notice at no additional charge. What about food?! Although we do offer basic snacks for purchase in the ticket office, you’re more than welcome to bring food, drink, and the all important birthday cake.
How do group reservations and discounts work?
First, one of our park managers will create your custom priced reservation over email or telephone. Please email kelsey@treehouseadventurepark.com. A nonrefundable deposit will be collected at the time the reservation is made with the balance due one week prior to your reservation. From there:
- Our booking software will send you an email with a link to our online waiver that can be shared with all of your participants or parents of participants under the age of 18.
- On climb day we ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your reservation in order to get organized and acclimated.
- Our friendly, professional guides will gear up your participants and walk them through orientation.

Group Cancellation Policy
Your nonrefundable deposit will be collected at the time the reservation is made. Full payment is due one week prior to the reservation. Any payment made in excess of your deposit can be refunded for any reason one week or more leading up to the reservation. Inside of one week, cancellations cannot be refunded, however your reservation can be credited or rescheduled for another day with 48-hours notice.
